I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the property is conveniently located close to the highway, the room size was disappointing and didn't match my expectations. The service could use a lot of improvement, especially during check-in, but the food quality was a highlight. Overall, I felt the hotel is overpriced given the amenities and service.

Our stay at the Sterling Holiday Resort was a mix of highs and lows. The staff treated us wonderfully, really making us feel special, but the resort itself was pretty average.
